We all desire to encounter that person that knows how to meet us. That doesn't see us as a burden. That doesn't judge us struggling with something that seems simple. That doesn't shame us for mentioning our suppressed desires. Above all, that doesn't complain about us when we want to change but are struggling to change and are then labeled as "weak" "unwilling" or "fragile".
If only people knew how much courage it takes to enter fragility. This tender spot that you wish no one or situation would trigger but f*ck, it's happening right now and maybe you look "too sensitive" on the outside, crying, trembling, sobbing, but inside there is a strong heart and there's power there. Your are like a warrior going through that vulnerability, a vulnerable warrior...
And that's when you'll see how strong and courageous you are. Not at the top. Not when things go well.. But when the storm is raging and your home is devastated by anxiety, worry, exhaustion, and loss yet this beautiful smile of yours is still shining through because you just can't help it. You just can't help it but to believe in a God that is patient and not revengeful towards us...
At the lowest, seeing that your faith in this gentle and kind universe is still alive and will not disappear because of unloving and disempowering stories you've been believing about yourself or amidst unpredictable challenges and that you finally have the gut to not only face all of it but to f*cking rise beyond it. That’s the transformation. That’s the real mentoring. That’s how we really alleviate suffering in our world and make love with humanity. That rare intimacy with...Everything.

My story
I'd be lying if many times, I didn't think about completely giving up my career as a coach/healer. When dropping out of college 2 years ago, I had the burning fire to become the best coach I could ever become. Really. I saw it. I envisioned it. And it felt like it was mine... I seriously would have done anything for it, which I did... But the problem was that I had no clue what I got myself into. It is a beautiful desire but with a lot of naivety. I didn't know how high the cost for wisdom was.
It felt to me that everyone's journey starts with beginner's luck. As if the universe empowers your vision at first so that you trust it. A rapid success. Or a gift you accidentally uncover. But then starts the real game. You are going to experience how f*cking challenging this existence can be. A legit wheel of the fortune if you ask me...
Being brutally honest, I've had times where my body was not just breaking, it was collapsing in thousands of pieces, it felt like it was eaten by animals, ripped apart, insomnia, despair, as if your consciousness was being annihilated. No tools or "meditation" worked and just laying in bed would trigger the biggest pain-body attack of my life.
I was desperate for rest. Even attempting to buy a basic medication to help for sleep was mission impossible since our mainstream support system genuinely sucks when it comes to handling emotional, mental and spiritual health because themselves don't know how to hold space for their emotional needs and so imagine how they'd treat you??

It’s a level of pain I seriously don't have words to describe in which all the things you held onto are gone and all your greatest fears are all blowing up at your face at once. Charming right? But I can firmly say that it built me. It taught me a new meaning of humility and confidence. It taught me acceptance, even in the impossible. It taught me radical self-love and persistence, even when all hope is gone. IT TAUGHT ME TO EMBODY THIS LEGENDARY COACH I ALWAYS DREAMT TO HAVE.

I've been contemplating the idea to create a space for teachers, healers, and mentors to support one another alongside their business and emotional process. The most unbearable suffering I had to encounter the last years was supporting everyone but having no one to support me. Really. To know how to hold space for others but having no one knowing how to hold space for me. It is incredibly frustrating.When it comes to seeking guidance, you then spend all your income on getting more help, more programs, more courses. Meanwhile, that's the income you make by helping people... Which makes you feel like always running. Always efforting for the next thing. It builds your character and resilience, yes, but still, at some point, your soul is tired of "hard" and wants to feel alignment, warmth, play, comfort, rest, and easy NOW.
The problem is that we don't know how to work with people. We treat humans as "problems to be fixed" and drafts to be “improved. What I mean is that we are not here to suppress. We are here to express. I always dreamed of having a safe space I can come back to laying everything on the ground, knowing that no matter how f*cked up or messy my life and state of being are, I'm not only welcomed but celebrated. To be celebrated, not just "tolerated."
Everyone “sells that” but not a lot of people truly deliver that. A space where you can drop this idea of being perfect. Where no one cares if you are holding to a pattern and being raw and confused in your mess. The self-help and spiritual community has built so much pressure on people; you must heal all your attachments, have zero blocks, no triggers at sights, or shame on all your special relationships. We all desire freedom but fear won't be the way to it. Only love can do that. And it starts by welcoming who you are NOW
This is the new community I want to gather. A support system for both men and women to be seen, honored, and assisted alongside their internal process and the ones of their clients. Regardless whether you are starting out your healing journey or being fairly advanced in it or if you've been teaching for decades or are just getting into it today, I want this burden of performance to be dropped.
It's a project I'm sincerely contemplating to bring alive. If any of it my words above resonated with you, make yourself noticed and please let me know. Really. I'd love to build something real, genuine, truthful and touching to all of us. A place where you can become better at supporting others while also being supported too. A true community. A true support system. A true group of friends standing behind you no matter what.

I facilitate both 1-1 and group community work depending on what is the most aligned to you on your journey. My individual 1-1 sessions aren't always open due to being of higher demand. Nevertheless, what matters the most to me is utilizing this time together to create as much clarity on your next step so that this intro call can be as beneficial for the both of us.
